Temporary Showroom Host/ Receptionist
Location - Bromley
Hours - Weekdays & weekends 8am - 6pm
I am currently recruiting for a professional Car Showroom Host/Receptionist to join a friendly team in Bromley on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering first class customer experiences and opportunity to let their friendly personality shine through during each customer interaction. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you! You will be covering when the show room requires cover for sickness, extra workload, holidays etc so working days/patterns may vary and be on an adhoc basis.
Daily duties include:
- Dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
