My client is a leading organisation based in Mallusk, who urgently require a Sales Support candidate.
This is a full-time, temporary position with the view of being made permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm (can offer flexible working hours)
Hourly rate: from £13.75
Start Date: Immediate
Job Purpose:
This is a full-time on-site Sales Support role located in Belfast Metropolitan Area. As a Sales Support member, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in processing orders, providing customer service, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining client relationships. You will play a key role in supporting their clients and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus
