They are seeking an experienced, passionate, and sales-oriented Ship Chartering and Agency Manager to lead and grow the business in line with targets.

- Developing and delivering planned marketing activity.
- Generating new business sales.
- Managing and delivering operational performance.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Very good shipbroker knowledge.
- Ships Agency/Stevedoring/Cranes knowledge advantage.
- Oversee logistics dept/cover colleagues when needed.
- Good communication skills in writing etc.
Salary & benefits package
- £40 to £50K pa, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success.
- This is a Full Time Commitment Position.
