We are delighted to be working with a prestigious client in the Brighton area. This award-winning company is a market leader and is looking for a driven and tenacious Head of Block Management to join their team.
About the Role:
As Head of Block Management, you will have full autonomy and will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of property managers, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and leading major works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Property Managers
- Liaise with leaseholders effectively
- Conduct site visits in Brighton & Hove areas
- Set and manage complex service charge budgets
- Oversee and lead Major Works projects
- Drive the business forward through proactive management
What We Are Looking For:
- IRPM qualification
- Extensive block management experience
- Strong experience in team management and supervision
- Familiarity with Section 20 Notices
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Highly professional and well-presented
- Knowledge of Brighton and surrounding areas is beneficial
- Full UK Driving License is essential

- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to build long-term relationships with leaseholders and contractors
