About the Role:

Our client is a leading provider of social housing throughout London. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring their programmes are not only delivered efficiently and effectively but also meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your work will involve conducting detailed assessments of their properties, ensuring they meet statutory and regulatory requirements, and aligning with our business plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stock condition surveys, HHSRS surveys, fire risk assessments, and DDA audits.
  • Support the implementation of planned, cyclical, and maintenance programmes.
  • Engage with residents and colleagues to prioritize and assess service needs.
  • Analyse and act on customer feedback and performance data.
  • Address underperformance and service failures to meet programme targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations and site safety.

About You:

  • Experience conducting stock condition surveys, including decent homes assessments and surveys in communal areas.
  • HND/HNC in Building or equivalent.
  • Experience in HHSRS assessments, DDA audits, and fire risk assessments.
  • Desirable: BOHS P402 qualification in Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety risks associated with stock condition surveys.
  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.
