Our client is a well established SME based in Ware are looking for a Finance Manager to join their small, but busy finance department on a full time permanent basis.
The role will report to the Finance Director and be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a nice local role, which has the prospects over time to develop and expand.
The right candidate will QBE who has an all round 'handson' background who lives locally to Ware.

Hours 9-5pm Monday - Friday
- Full responsibility to Management Accounts stage for two small companies
- Oversee and cover purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Dual authorisation on payments.
- Analysis and coding of monthly expenses.
- Management of Fixed Asset process.
- Payroll back-up cover.
- Support and assistance for the Financial Accountant
- Ad-hoc reporting and assistance to the Finance Director.
- Mid-range knowledge and experience in Excel and Word.
- In depth understanding of Cash Book transactions.
- Preparation of VAT return data.
