Digital Marketing Executive

Are you a digital marketing executive looking to join a fantastic team in the charity sector? This role requires a candidate who can take responsibility for developing, managing, and optimising fundraising campaigns with a significant budget, aiming to attract over 100k new supporters annually. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and deliver activity through various channels, including integrated campaign activity, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Monitor and communicate campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are delivered and KPIs are met.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to brief on upcoming campaigns, develop processes, response handling, data tracking, financial reporting, and source content.
  • Collaborate with the internal digital team for the delivery of planned and reactive appeals/campaigns.
  • Produce and present campaign results, reports, and analysis within required timeframes.
  • Monitor campaign costs against budgets and maintain a referencing system for all donor invoices.
  • Liaise with legal bodies through coordination with external agencies/suppliers.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and developments, sharing knowledge with relevant teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in recruitment marketing or fundraising environment.
  • Some print and/or digital production knowledge.
  • Proven project/campaign management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Numerate with the ability to interpret data sets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
