Location: Calderdale, West Yorkshire
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND
- A caring and patient nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable)
