Assistant Restaurant Manager – Michelin Star
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a small team within a fantastic Michelin starred restaurant with rooms. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will deputise for the Restaurant Manager ensuring impeccable service is always delivered.
The Perks

- Salary of up to £36,000 depending on experience
- 4 days on 3 days off
- £300- £600 a month in service

The Person
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following:
- Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong supervisor in a fine dining setting
- Michelin experience or rosette desired
- Must be able to drive or live very locally to the area
- Happy to do some splits shifts when needed.
- Flexible to work shifts as required.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
