Job Overview
We are excited to be recruiting for a new Finance Business Partner to support our Head Office function. The Head Office functions covers all departments that supports the business, such as HR, Legal, Property etc. This role will play a vital role in supporting the financials of this function by working hand-in-hand with the Head of Finance to provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to key stakeholders. By joining the Commercial Finance and FPP&A team, you'll become an integral part of our business strategy. This role represents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and make a significant impact on the company's overall logistics success.

Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyse data for weekly reports, monthly forecasts and budgets supporting the Logistics function
- Facilitate a prompt and accurate month-end close
- Manage income trackers including associated invoicing
- Conduct monthly finance reviews with senior stakeholders
- Prepare monthly P&Ls with commentary for functional managers
- Manage project trackers, including capital expenditure processes and attendance at weekly meetings
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
- Experience with month-end preparation/close
- Experience in forecasting and planning
- Excellent relationship management skills with all levels and departments
- An understanding of costs drivers and profitability analysis would be advantageous
