Accounts Assistant / Legal Cashier - Glasgow
Location: Shawlands
Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 (Negotiable)

An opportunity has arisen for Accounts Assistant / Legal Cashier with 1 year experience in accounting or finance roleto join a prominent Solicitor and Estate Agent, offering tailored property buying & selling services and outstanding legal support.
In this role, you will support the finance and cashroom team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
You will be responsible for:
- Approve and record estate agency fees, apply receipts, follow up on overdue payments, and collect marketing fees.
- Set up suppliers, record and code invoices, process payments, perform bank reconciliations, and analyse expenses.
- Support legal cashroom activities, including reconciling client bank accounts, processing payments, reviewing cash statements, and managing cash receipts.
We are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Accounts Assistant, Legal Cashier in a similar role.
- At least 1 year experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
