Our family-owned client is a specialist when it comes to window furnishing products, would you be a specialist in selling them?
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, specifically in outbound / telesales, a hunger to perform and grow with a business, and have the ability to provide great customer service to their clients.
The role:
The successful candidate will be on the phones, hunting down new business across B2B markets, and nurturing the existing accounts. Through this you will learn to understand the full process the clients go through, enabling you to give the best experience. Full training is provided for this role and there is a close team in the office there ready to assist with any needs.
Day to day responsibilities
- Call through the existing log of contacts and accounts to ensure all orders are up to date, and your accounts business needs are met, developing strong working relationships with multiple accounts
- Provide information about new and existing games and promotions in order to maximise sales.
- Ensure that all orders are input correctly on internal systems so that they can be despatched correctly and on time.
- Ability to maintain required call levels in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience:
- 2 years' experience in customer service-related or account management role preferred.
- Good computer skills including, but not limited to, "MS Office" applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
- Positive and self-motivated attitude and ability to work with others as a team
- Advanced understanding of telephone sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
There is a potential to earn an additional £30,000 + on this role, due to the lucrative bonus scheme in place.
