At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join one of UK's largest privately owned real estate companies in the Liverpool area.
Salary: £23000 - £30000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Liverpool - 8 Working hours - Weekends available
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand the local lettings market
The ideal candidate:
- Two years lettings experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative abilities to handle paperwork and documentation
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven track record in lettings within the property industry
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Must have own car - Driving Licence (required)
