Facilities Assistant
Location: Summertown, Oxford OX2 7HQ - Office Based
Salary: £25,240 pa + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours, working 5 days per week in office

Facilities Assistant - The Role:
To support its growth and recent opening of additional offices, Dorset Software requires an additional person to join their Facilities team to ensure the smooth day to day working of its offices.
The role is varied, covering reception work, office and IT based tasks, and set up of rooms and events.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and acceptance of goods and services such as I.T. equipment and groceries
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Greeting visitors to Dorset Software
- Answering calls
- Testing and checking fire safety and first aid equipment
- Organising the kitchen and communal areas and stationary supplies
- Carrying out building inspections and ad hoc minor maintenance tasks
- Maintaining IT equipment and user accounts, including responding to issues on-demand
Facilities Assistant - Candidate Skills and attributes to include:
- A customer services mindset
- Proven experience of working in an efficient and well-organised role
- A high level of computer literacy and interest in troubleshooting
- Ability to follow technical instructions methodically
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to work in a growing and changing company
- A Full UK driving license
