Job Requirements for this Pastoral Manager role:
- Completed DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) training is essential
- Use of own car with business use insurance for home visits is required
- Strong background in pastoral care and student support
- Ability to manage and support students' emotional and social needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for students
