This is an outstanding opportunity for a structured and people-focused professional to play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives across UK and international markets.

The role is central to ensuring smooth execution of cross-functional programs, working across business, product, and technology teams. With a vibrant, inclusive culture and a strong emphasis on clarity and coordination, this is a fantastic next step for someone passionate about enabling high-performing teams to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Support the delivery of core business programs and product roadmaps through structured planning and collaboration across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between multiple teams to maintain momentum and ensure shared understanding.
  • Governance Support: Assist in preparing for leadership updates and steering meetings—ensuring key actions, decisions, and risks are well tracked and followed through.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Help identify and manage interdependencies and blockers, promoting timely and collaborative solutions.
  • Reporting & Visibility: Maintain up-to-date program overviews, using reporting tools and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage better delivery practices and help evolve internal processes and tools to support long-term success.

**What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting complex, multi-team initiatives—ideally spanning business, product, and technical functions.
  • Strong organisational and facilitation skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Confident communicator who can bring clarity to ambiguity and keep projects moving in dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable working with both Agile and traditional delivery models depending on business needs.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with clear, concise updates and recommendations.

  • Access to EV schemes and healthcare cash plans
  • Enhanced family leave policies and long-service rewards
  • Dedicated development programmes and apprenticeships
  • Wellbeing support via a comprehensive EAP for you and your family
