1st Line & Customer Service Support

My client based in Worcester, is looking to recruit a 1st Line and Customer Service Support person on a permanent basis.

This is a varied role where you have have the opportunity to ensure internal systems operate smoothly, working closely with Software Developers to ensure user expectations are met.

The main responsibilities of the role includes

  • Conduct testing of new and existing systems
  • Ongoing support of e-commerce website
  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments to identify and fix issues as they arise
  • Work closely with developers to understand product requirements and functionality
  • Test software applications
  • Assist in creating and maintaining UAT plans and test cases
  • Participate in post UAT reviews
  • Support Customer Service team during busy periods

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

  • Working knowledge of Office 365, MS Teams, SAP/Magento or similar ERP Systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of Software testing
  • Willing to learn new technologies
  • Good understanding of GDPR

This role is Mon-Fri 0900-1700 (35 hour week) and the salary on offer is up to £25,000
