Do you have experience fabricating solid Surfaces using brands like Corian, Durasein or Staron, seeking a stable role within a well-established business who are currently growing and expanding, now looking to add to the team due to internal promotion?
Do you have joinery experience, looking for a varied, days only role, with the ability to boost your earnings with overtime, where you will be a key part of a friendly and vibrant team, within a highly reputable company which provides commercial office fit outs?
You will be responsible for completing the fabrication and construction of joinery items and bespoke surfaces, including reception desks, wall panelling, worktops and kitchens for high end clients, using thermoforming techniques.
The Role:
- Basic Hours are7am- 5pm, Monday to Friday, overtime is available at increased rates: Mon-Fri (+ 1/3), Sat (+ ½), Sun (Double Time).
- Utilize 2D AutoCAD drawings to construct and manufacture joinery items, including reception desks and wall panelling, worktops, islands and vanity units
- Fabricate surfaces from materials such as Corian, Duresein, Staron, ply, MDF and solid timber products
- Work with internal teams to explore innovative construction methods and suitable materials
- Use of machinery and hand powered tools
- Renovate, and repair joinery/furniture items
- Overtime rate: Mon-Fri (+ 1/3), Sat (+ ½), Sun (Double Time).
The Person:
- Any experience of fabricating surfaces from materials such as Corian, Duresein, Staron, construction grade ply, MDF and solid timber products
- Can read from technical drawings
