Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons.
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them overcome learning barriers.
- Work with small groups to facilitate learning and discussion.
- Support the creation of a positive learning environment within the classroom.
- Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Engage with students to foster a passion for learning.
- Participate in school activities and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree.
- Previous experience working in education is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for supporting students and contributing to their academic and personal growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
