CLIENT ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Location: Telford
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Client Accounting Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, providing top-tier tax, audit, accountancy and other related services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed accurately, consistently, cost-effectively and efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality service.
What you'll do:
- Deliver accurate accounting, audit and tax services in accordance with internal and external regulations
- Manage workflow and turnaround times to ensure work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Delegate work to colleagues as appropriate, monitoring and reviewing for accuracy
- Proactively manage delivery of information from clients, chasing promptly where required
- Arrange and attend client meetings in line with business needs
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular contact and proactive management
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and training to colleagues within the firm
What you bring:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) with management experience
- Experience in managing workload effectively to meet both internal and external deadlines
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience in mentoring and training colleagues
