£27,250 per annum

Permanent, Full Time

(This role is knows internally as a "Life24 Advisor")

As a Life24 Advisor, you'll build lasting relationships with customers, providing housing-related support through signposting and referrals. You'll provide friendly and helpful support to customers, empowering them to maintain an independent and fulfilling lifestyle within the comfort of their homes.

What you'll be doing ?

  • Build rapport and assist in independent living
  • Offer housing-related support through referrals
  • Participate in the Out Of Hours Rota
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of advisors
  • Use Microsoft applications and technology-enabled care systems
  • Address social isolation and support vulnerable individuals

As part of the emergency Out of Hours service, you must be comfortable with driving to sites at all hours of the day if needed (within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.)

While experience with technology-enabled care is desirable, it's not essential - as long as you're willing to learn and committed to making a positive impact, we can teach you the rest!

A full driving license is essential for this role.

A DBS in required for this role (we will provide this)
