Role: Warehouse / Forklift Operatives
Rate: Up to £20.25 per hour plus regular overtime and monthly bonuses

Caterpillar Peterlee is the worldwide source of Cat® Articulated Trucks, currently producing 7 variants used in many industries including mining, construction and aggregates. The facility's manufacturing activities use the latest computer analysis techniques, robotic technology and a state-of-the-art paint plant.
The facility is easily accessible via bus, car and train and is located just off the a19. The nearest bus stop is just outside of the facility and the nearest train station is located at Horden, which is just a 9 minute drive away from the site. With routes from Newcastle, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Durham and Seaham!
With plenty of overtime work available throughout the week and during the weekends, you have the opportunity to maximise your earnings on an overtime rate which is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday and double time on a Sunday.

Pay Rate and Working Hours:
- 36.5 hours per week
- £11.87 - £15.00 per hour day shift
- £14.24 - £18.00 per hour afternoon shift
- £16.02 - £20.25 per hour night shift
- £17.81 - £22.50 per hour overtime Monday to Saturday
- £23.74 - £30.00 per hour overtime Sundays
Shifts:
- Days: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
- Back shift: Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00. Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
- Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30
About you:
- Feed lines with equipment and engine parts
- Check orders, part numbers and carry out stock rotation around the site
- The ability to operate PC to locate parts/stock
- Successfully work with a Team Lead who is assigned to support you in carrying out tasks
- Maintain accuracy and update any operation metrics as applicable
- Ensure high quality standards and safe working practices
- Have flexibility in working shift patterns to meet the business objectives
- Experience in ITSSAR or RITITB Counter balance & Reach Trucks is required
- The ability to behave in a safe manner at all times
- A flexible attitude to working a multi shift system
- An awareness of company H&S regulations and policies
This is an ongoing, temporary contract role.
