Due to continued growth, our client based in Medway are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive to join their expanding team.

Chatham

Start: ASAP

Hybrid working: 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.

Key duties:

  • Resolving new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with difficult conversations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a pressurised customer service environment.

  • Possess strong phone etiquette and data entry skills.
