Elevation Recruitment Group - Business Support Division are excited to be recruiting for an engineering business in Sheffield for an Service Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

  • Full Time - Permanent
  • £23-26k

As an Service Coordinator you will be responsible for :

  • Responsible for delivery of start-to-end service process of UK customer base.
  • Work to SLA and provide excellent customer service
  • Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
  • Working closely with the production and sales team updating the customers on any delay in deliveries etc
  • Managing customer accounts and being first point of contact for any queries, orders or complaints.

To be successful in this role of Sales Administrator you will ideally have:

  • Experience within a customer service/ service or sales administration role
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
