The role:
- We are looking for someone who can manage multiple packaging categories across the entire business.
- You will develop procurement strategies that support business objectives.
- Implement risk management and sustainability targets, support Innovation agenda, and drive Sustainability Strategies delivery.
- As a Procurement Manager, you excel at identifying market & pricing trends and managing complex negotiations.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in FMCG Buying / Procurement function ideally within packaging
- Strong negotiation experience with track record of success
- Numerate and skilled in data analysis and insights
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
- Resilient and decisive in making fast-paced decisions.
