Salary: Basic salary: £38,000 - £45,000, with OTE circa £57,000 (£61,000 with electric).
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Full Time – Permanent

About the Role:
Interaction are working closely with a highly reputable dealership who are seeking a Master Technician to join the team. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Workshop Team, advising on work priorities and mentoring other technicians.
- Provide technical advice and proactively suggest improvements.
- Utilise tools and resources to become a specialist in your area.
- Contribute to a quality culture focused on first-time fixes.
- Maintain high standards of work and effective communication with other business areas.
- Ensure all records and documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned with quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Previous relevant experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Basic salary: £38,000 - £45,000, with OTE circa £57,000 (£61,000 with electric specialisms).
Guaranteed bonus, pro rata, for the first 3 months.
