Elliot Scott Group are looking for a Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Limpsfield Surrey. We are looking for a Sous Chef with a high-level background and someone who has the ability to lead a kitchen to produce high level cuisine.
As a Sous Chef you will:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner and in compliance with established quality standards.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining ingredient freshness and quality.
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Train new kitchen employees on the restaurant's culinary techniques and procedures.
