Training Coordinator
Job Description
My client is a rapidly growing business who provide SaaS software solutions to organisations across the UK. An opportunity exists to join this Bristol-based business in a Training Coordinator capacity.
Duties
- Support with the management, logistics and delivery of our training projects and products, and be responsible for the coordination of our digital webcasts, Q&A sessions, webinars and other training events on time
- Day to day administration of our e-learning academy, onboarding new customers, and supporting the learners in their training journey
- Working with the Directors, Partners Manager, external advisors and Product technicians, to ensure our training solutions meets both users and customer success targets
- Resolve technical and support inquiries with speed and precision
- Day to day management of our community helpdesk to grow utilisation and engagement through user driven initiatives
- Support Directors and Partners Managers to build key stakeholder relationships to support the growth of the business - including clients, sponsors, contributors, partners utilising all the platforms/tools we have available
- You'll be continuously learning on our products, applications, value proposition and differentiation to enhance conversations with stakeholders
- Achieve operational and CSAT targets by successfully managing delivery tasks
Required knowledge, skills or experience
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
- Supporting end users in a customer service environment
- A good logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to think on your feet in a highly demanding and fast-moving environment
- Professional attitude and presentation; polite, calm and customer-focused
- Organised with an ability to prioritise
- Strong multi-tasking ability and commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Take ownership of situations with positivity and a can-do attitude
- Passionate about technology and software solutions, with a desire to learn and develop
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, and build strong relationship and stakeholder management
- Min. 3 years previous experience in Customer Success, Community Engagement, Project Management, Event Management or Account Management
- Desirable experience in working with SaaS Enterprise Applications, Training Delivery or Construction Management
- Able to travel the UK and stay away from home as required and have a flexible approach.
Additional Information
Location: Bristol (Remote)
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00
Rates of pay: £30,000 per annum
