We are looking for a driven individual to join our development and membership team as a head of women's development. You will be leading on the strategic direction of England Golf to raise the profile of women's inclusion in golf and driving more participation and membership.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of sports development at a strategic level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with individuals, key stakeholders, groups and staff at all levels.
  • An ability to empower and influence internal colleagues and external collaborators.
  • Experience in creating and implementing a strategy

The post is full time and is based from your home residence with required attendance at the England Golf Headquarters, Woodhall Spa for 2 to 3 days once a month and with travel required as necessary for the purpose of undertaking the role.
