Role Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of their dynamic business. The role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and receivable processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UK tax and financial regulations.
- Assist in financial planning for new projects and joint ventures.
Qualifications:
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified desirable - non qualified candidates also considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the fresh produce or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
