Relevant experience in Accounts Admin / Office Administration is required.
This successful Property Investment company in Central London is seeking an Accounts / Office Administrator to support the Head of Finance.
This Accounts / Office Administrator role is based 3 days in the office near Oxford Circus in London and 2 days from home and will include:
- Supporting the finance manager and property manager as directed
- Scanning and forwarding invoices to the external bookkeeper
- Contacting suppliers re prices, obtain purchase quotations and investigate differences
- Managing tenant enquiries, managing arrears and chasing for payments
- Setting up new tenant on the accounting and property management system
- Assisting with making payments; processing post and visiting the Post Office when required
- Managing insurance, utility and mobile phone renewals and liaising with councils
- Signing deposit release forms and handling AST-related tasks
- Reconciling statements and assisting with bad debts
- Assisting with FRA reporting and business rates
The role is based 3 days in the office near Oxford Street in London and 2 days from home.
Salary will be competitive commensurate with your experience.
