Job Description:
OCS Group are seeking a dynamic and experienced Barista/Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making coffee, helping with preparation in the kitchen, and ensuring high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Support with catering-related tasks within the Catering Department.
- Helping with setting up, preparation and closing the kitchen.
- Make and serve our outstanding Coffee Brand
- Assisting with the service of food and drink within operational hours
- Putting all the deliveries away
- Helping with any other kitchen duties
- Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills
- Serve menus that cater to the tastes and dietary preferences of high-level board members
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- A driven and enthusiastic employee
- Someone who is willing to attain the highest standards possible.
- We are looking for an employee that is autonomous in their approach but also happy to work well in a team.
- Ideally, you will have your food handling certificate – but don't worry if you don't, we can help you achieve this!
