Position Details:
- Job Title: Technical Co-ordinator - Property Services
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Working Pattern: Full Time (3 days on-site: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; WFH on Tuesday and Thursday)
- Hourly Rate: £21.33 per hour PAYE or £28.26 per hour Umbrella
What You'll Do:
As the Technical Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Property Services teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Property Services managers in reactive, compliance, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Coordinating and verifying reports, ensuring data accuracy, and uploading information as needed.
- Attending supplier meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Managing purchase orders and liaising with colleagues to keep work activities on track.
- Handling statutory compliance documentation and ensuring timely completion of urgent remedials.
- utilising CAFM software to maintain accurate and live compliance information.
- Monitoring budgets and providing insightful reports on reactive maintenance costs.
