**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draughtsperson with a focus on Architectural Structures to join our dynamic team. As a CAD Draughtsperson, you will play a crucial role in our architectural design process, creating accurate and precise technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and designers to transform architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Produce 2D and 3D models of architectural structures, including buildings, interiors, and exteriors.
  • Ensure that all architectural drawings adhere to industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
  • Incorporate structural and engineering elements into the drawings for sound architectural design.
  • Make necessary adjustments to drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive database of architectural design files and documents.
  • Work closely with the architectural team to provide support and contribute to a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CAD Draughtsperson with a focus on architectural structures or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software, specifically for architectural design
  • Strong technical drawing skills with an emphasis on architectural details.
  • Familiarity with architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods.
  • Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans, specifications, and verbal instructions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an architectural team.
  • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an architectural firm or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
