AHU Controls Engineer required for our client who is a successful HVAC company that own 3 different manufactures and operates across 65 countries. They are currently looking for an AHU Controls Engineer to join their team due to expansion across the UK. They are looking for an engineer who will travel in and around London carrying out service and maintenance across their wide variety of contracts that range from Banks, insurance companies, data centres and gyms
Duties include diagnosing and repairing faults o systems/multi-systems, AHU and Controls systems. Additionally, you will be providing technical support to clients and fellow engineers. Ensuring all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team. Coordinating with the project delivery management team and liaising with planners. Ensuring sites are maintained in a clean manner at all times. Producing, managing and maintaining critical spares lists.

Position Requirements
- Understanding of HVAC / AHU control philosophy and controls equipment
- Understanding of BMS communication protocols, especially BACnet and Modbus
- Fault diagnosis on all forms of packaged HVAC control systems
- IT skills required; BACnet, Modbus, HVAC control software
- City and Guilds 2079 City and Guilds/NVQ 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Be able to pass to or hold a DBS and security clearance
**AHU Controls Engineer
Position Remuneration
- Salary £60-70k based on experience
- 50-hour contract, 10 hours is paid travel and 40-hour site time
- Additionally travel outside the 50 hour is paid at 1.5
- Overtime: 1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x Sun/Bank Holidays
- Company van - personal use to be discussed
- 25 days holiday plus bank - option to purchase up to 5 more days
- Call out 1-7 with standby payment, overtime and travel pay
- Pension (5% EE, 4% ER)
