Project Office Administrator

We are seeking a Project Office Administrator to join our clients commercial division. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader, this role is crucial in driving our customer-first value and ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly as contracts are delivered by our operational teams.

Day to day of the role:

  • Manage inbound customer contact efficiently.
  • Issue correspondence to residents, including appointment letters, newsletters, and care leaflets.
  • Prepare survey administration for distribution regarding installations.
  • Raise and distribute purchase orders for regional and office needs, such as skip replacements and stores orders.
  • Produce and manage contract documentation, including Health & Safety packs.
  • Provide back support and cover for customer services, including reporting residents' issues.
  • Champion excellent customer service and a Customer First culture.
  • Communicate effectively, ensuring residents' issues are understood and any special requirements are handled sensitively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer services role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Experience in data input and maintaining customer records.
  • Analytical and systematic approach, familiar with quality systems and processes.
  • Self-starter with keen attention to detail and well-organised.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a team player.
