We are seeking a Sales Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving the early stages of the sales process within a targeted market segment. In this position, you'll be responsible for making impactful first impressions, effectively communicating our client's value proposition, and laying the groundwork for enduring business relationships.

This role is ideal for a proactive and driven professional who excels at independently researching, identifying, and nurturing new leads. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll leverage phone calls, emails, and social selling tools to schedule qualified product demonstrations and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing...

  • Identifying, targeting, and engaging with potential business clients, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress from lead generation to deal closure. Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasted revenue, and KPIs to management.
  • Analysing market trends, understanding customer pain points, and positioning the SaaS product as a solution.
  • Conducting detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of potential clients. This involves showcasing how the SaaS product can solve their business problems and deliver ROI.
  • Leading contract negotiations, working closely with internal teams to finalise terms that meet both the client's needs and the company's objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and software tools, including CRM systems.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about sales and eager to drive success in a dynamic SaaS environment.
