STUDY SUPPORT
As a Client Accountant, you will play an integral role in controlling the finances of client monies held on behalf of Investors. You will be responsible for reporting to clients, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to. Your role will also involve managing client and property cash-flow and funding. You will serve as the main point of contact for client queries, providing empathetic support and advice where necessary. You will work closely with your colleagues in Surveying to ensure all client deliverables are met. Your commitment to maintaining the housekeeping of property & leases data on our financial database will be crucial.
Duties:
- Reporting to clients ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
- Ensuring accurate reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure
- Serving as the point of contact for client queries, providing support and advice where necessary
- Working closely with Surveying colleagues to ensure all client deliverables are met
- Maintaining housekeeping of property & leases data on financial database
- Managing client and property cash-flow and funding
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Attending client and internal meetings as required
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Client Accountant position is someone who is strong, self-motivated, and ideally has solid financial and technical reporting experience in a client service role. You should have excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to connect with all within the business as well as clients. Your ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise your workload will be essential in this role. It is expected that you are part qualified (ACCA level) or qualified by experience. Strong analytical skills of all ledgers is required, and a property transactional background is desired.
