Our client, a leading and well known Estate Agency brand with an excellent reputation, are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their branch in the Tamworth area and they are offering a great salary of c.£35,000 OTE plus lots of benefits.
They are looking for a person who will undertake the following:
- Negotiating offers
- Pro-actively explore new business and valuations from all possible avenues.
- Registering applicants, encouraging valuations and add-on services
- Sales Progression
- Dealing with web portal enquiries
- Creating viewings / accompanying viewings
- Vendor, buyer updates / viewing feedback
- Receiving offers and taking relevant information/negotiating lets
- Cross selling all departments
- Develop new business through existing and newly formed relationships.
- Maintain and improve rapport with existing clients and drive up levels of service/fees.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally at least a years experience in estate agency
- Have a full understanding of the sales process, including the legal procedures
- Develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company
- Be self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, able to communicate at all levels and a real team player
- Have your own car
The Company can offer training and the opportunity to progress for the right person.
Salary in the region of £26/27K with on target earnings £32-35,000
Fantastic hours!! Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and every other Saturday 9-3pm with lieu time so a 5 day week.
