Key responsibilities of an Audit Semi Senior will include:
- working on a wide variety of audit clients
- assisting with the planning of audits
- audit fieldwork
- assisting with the completion of audit files
- completing smaller audit assignments from planning through to completion, with assistance from more senior members of staff where needed
- assisting on larger audit assignments as part of the audit team for specific areas of the audit file
- assisting and training junior members of staff
- communicating issues upwards to seniors along with being the direct point of contact for smaller audit assignments
About you:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years previous audit experience
- part-qualified ACA/ACCA
- prior experience with CCH accounting software and CCH Proaudit will be advantageous but not essential to the role
- team player with a strong work ethic
- strong communication skills are essential
- ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- access to a car and a valid UK driving licence are essential
