Role Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Projects professional to deliver against our Projects Pipeline. Reporting into the Divisional Sales Director (Technical Services) the ideal candidate will have established connections and relationships within construction, engineer/FM and projects, strong communications skills, and a proven record of securing business. Whether you've worked for recognised providers, or smaller independent contractors, your commercial acumen and hunger for new business will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of the divisional projects pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Build relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • Liaise with colleagues in our wider Projects Team to identify opportunities within our existing contracts.
  • Take the lead of delivery solutions through to close.
  • Support the mobilisation of new contracts.
  • Create case studies to promote business.
  • Support cross selling.
