Our expanding Insurance client is seeking to recruit additional skilled Credit Control Resolutions Specialists to join their experienced team, which handles accounts for major companies.
This engaging role involves collaborating with large organisations and working closely with a variety of colleagues across multiple teams to resolve payment and account issues. While some accounts are international, and experience with foreign currencies is advantageous, it is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you can deliver top-notch service to clients.
Our client offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your time between home and the office.
As a Resolutions Specialist your main responsibilities will include:
- Actively manage your Client's accounts to a high standard and within deadlines
- Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to the collection of payments
- Ensure the secure, efficient and auditable handling of client's monies
- Timely collection and payment of monies, chasing and minimisation of funding
- Maintain up to date and accurate records
- Review and reconcile cash on a daily basis
- Identify debtor related problems and negotiate to resolve
- Compliance with internal accounting procedures and external regulations
To be successful as a Resolutions Specialist you will demonstrate:
- Confidence with numbers and a desire to build a career which involves detailed reconciliations and resolving Client issues
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Credit control experience within the Insurance Industry
