The Role
Finance / Accounting Specialist - Hybrid 2 days
Key Areas / Duties -
- Assisting in local and statutory reporting
- Management of data from various core applications, balance sheet management, and systems management
- Provide support AP/P2P function including AP invoices processing
- Support AR function on customer accounts allocation and reconciliation.
- Inter-company and related party reporting: ensure full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all inter-company and related party balances
- Liaise with the Treasury Department regarding inter-company loans and derivatives reporting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- monthly balance sheet reconciliation process and associated quarterly reporting
- Adhoc financial reporting and MI.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree Educated / Partly qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Previous substantial experience in a finance and accounting function
- Microsoft Office skills to include advanced Excel (reporting / data) and Business Objects experience is desirable
- Be available immediately for a 6/12 month plus temporary assignment
- Previous experience of working with accounting systems
- Be able to commute to Slough
