As a Solicitor,you will play a vital role in providing legal advice and services to businesses and corporations.
Requirements:

Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.

Minimum of 6 years' experience in corporate law.

Experience of dealing with the following areas:

Mergers and Acquisitions

Company formation
-
Corporate restructuring
-
Corporate Finance & Banking

Unincorporated businesses

Joint venture / shareholder agreements

GDPR regulations
-
Partnership agreements / Shareholder agreements / Director responsibilities
