Our client is a 4-office independent across Kent and Sussex. They deal with residential sales, letting, chartered surveying and town planning. Due to some structural changes and the demand in the market, they are looking for a Lettings Manager to look after two of their offices.
- Basic up to £29,000 + office revenue percentage
- Run two offices as the head of the Lettings department
- Build and grow the existing Lettings portfolio
- Help towards ARLA qualification

- Working hours 9:00am-5:30pm
- 20 days holiday (growing to 25) + Bank Holidays

- Based across Haywards Heath & Pulborough
The correct candidate will have a track record of listing/valuing in Sussex and ideally some experience of running a small team. Spread across their Pulborough and Haywards Heath patch, the company has portfolio of nearly 100 managed properties, they would like someone to come in and grow this portfolio whilst maintaining the excellent relationship they have with their current Landlords. You will be managing one Negotiator and one Property Manager.
