My client are looking for Air & Ocean dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their Birmingham ( Solihull ) branch. If you have a strong background in global logistics and a passion for generating new business, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably in Air & Sea logistics.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and self-motivated with a strong desire for career progression.
- Proven track record in B2B Sales.
- Experience in achieving individual targets and generating own sales leads.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Cargowise One desirable.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary / Benefits
- Base - £32,000 - 35,000
- Annual incentive (based on 100% attainment) - £8k
- Total OTE - £43k
- 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Monday - Friday 9-5.30
