Sustainability Consultant - Bristol

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience sustainability consultant who has strong passion for the built environment and building physics to join an expert sustainability and energy consultancy based in Bristol.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Provide consultancy on construction solutions for clients based across the UK.
  • Use IES software to carry out CIBSE TM52 and TM59 overheating assessments
  • Provide highly technical sustainable solutions to old and new clients to help their projects achieve their sustainable objectives
  • Assist and support the more junior members of staff to enhance their career development within the industry
  • Work alongside clients and provide sustainability reports on commercial and domestic projects

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a sustainability consultancy or similar role within the built environment industry
  • Good understanding and experience with Part L and Part O calculations and assessments
  • Have an OCDEA Qualification with previous experience carrying out SAP assessments and calculations
  • Alternatively have a NDEA qualification with previous experience carrying out SBEM calculations
  • Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Building Physics
