Responsibilities
- Sales Order Processing of incoming and outgoing customer orders
- Email communication both internal and external
- Operate and maintain forklift trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse as and when required
- Track inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts.
- Manage the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring they are properly organized and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including shipping and receiving records.
Requirements
- Sage experience is essential
- Administration experience is desired
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid FLT license with experience operating forklift trucks.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
