Job Purpose:
We're on the lookout for a savvy marketing manager to join our clients briliant team. As the funnel owner , you'll be the driving force behind rolling out campaign and brand magic across all marketing channels but with the commercial end game always in focus.
Got a data mindset? Perfect! You will test stuff, learn, tweak things to perfection, and then report on what worked and what didn't.
Being commercially savvy is your superpower, and you thrive in our clients' organization with your flexible and agile approach.
About you:
- 3-4 years of proven experience of you smashing it in marketing.
- Your motivation game is strong, and you have the ability to build great working relationships.
- Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, and project planning
- Attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving is your middle name, and you're not afraid to take the reins and make decisions.
- You're always there to support the team.
Characteristics:
- Keep the brand strategy game strong with your continuous planning and development skills.
- Be the guardian of their brand strategy, making sure our client is on point and improving day by day.
- Dive into marketing communications and activities, making the brand shine.
- Cook up ideas for brand development that are so cool, they'll improve market competitiveness.
- Juggle the realms of organic positioning, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media strategy like a pro.
- Dig into market research to stay on top of customer trends and predict the next big thing.
- Plan the content calendar for blog, social media, and CRM activities.
- Keep the higher-ups in the loop with stellar communication skills about strategy and activity results.
