The successful Sales Director will be responsible for managing and coordinating our sales team and expanding our network of suppliers. This is a crucial role for our company as we aim to expand our market presence and enhance our business relationships.
The role will involve:
- Execute commercial strategies to achieve and exceed the company's sales and growth objectives.
- Constantly analyse the market and competition to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, as well as develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize commercial processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate demand.
- Supervise and lead a multifunctional commercial team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the team to establish clear, achievable goals aligned with the company's commercial strategy. Support team members in creating effective action plans to achieve these goals.
To be successful in this role of Sales Director we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in commercial management positions, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Experience in identifying and exploiting market opportunities, as well as effectively managing relationships with key clients.
- Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closure, as well as strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
